At Care2Communicate, we believe communication is at the heart of connection, belonging and wellbeing. That is why we bring therapy into real-life spaces including homes, schools, aged care and the wider community, creating safe, familiar environments where meaningful progress happens.

Our passionate team motivates, empowers and inspires, embedding individuals within their communities and helping them find confidence in their voice, however that voice may be expressed. Care2Communicate is a team of vibrant, highly skilled speech pathologists who are committed and passionate about providing quality and innovative assessment and therapy to our clients.
Our goal is to ensure we optimise the lives and communicative abilities of our clients. Each of our speech pathologists are Certified Practicing Members of Speech Pathology Australia and fully qualified having attained a Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech Pathology. Our therapists are committed to participating and maintaining their professional development and receive regular mentorship to ensure they are continually developing their clinical skills. This ensures the provision of our services to our clients is of the highest quality.

- We come to you – working across pre-schools, day care centres, day programs, supported workplaces, primary schools, high schools, aged care facilities and clients’ homes

- We are registered with Medicare – seeing clients with the Chronic Disease Management referral scheme

- Our staff maintain the most up to date knowledge in the provision of assessment and therapy
- We have individualised speech, language and literacy programs tailored to your child

- We work with pre-schools and conduct pre-school screenings
- We conduct swallowing assessments and devise mealtime management plans
- We work with swallowing and communication in aged care facilities
- We do our best to keep wait-lists to a minimum
