SPEECH THERAPY WITH ADULTS

At Care2Communicate we work with many adult clients that have difficulty with communication skills, including but not limited to:

  • Speech and language difficulties resulting from a stroke  (e.g., word finding difficulties or Apraxia of Speech), traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Neurodegenerative Disorders and or head and neck cancer.
  • Voice problems
  • Accent improvement
  • Stuttering
  • Articulation– The production of different speech sounds (e.g., lisps)

Our dedicated Speech Pathologists will take the client and family members/carers through a process of assessment and intervention that is specifically tailored to the individual client. Our therapists utilise evidence-based rehabilitation or compensatory strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

When to Reach Out

Please get in contact with the team at Care2Communicate if you have a referral for a potential client or you would like to organise an assessment session from one of our experienced Speech Pathologists. We can assist you with any questions you have regarding the services we offer.
